Monkey Finance is a personal and family financial management platform designed to help individuals and families better understand, organize, and improve their financial lives.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Monkey Finance website, web application, mobile applications, and any related services we provide under the Monkey Finance brand.

As Monkey Finance evolves, our corporate structure, operating entities, billing providers, or payment processors may change. When those changes materially affect this Policy, we will update this document accordingly.

Kiko is Monkey Finance’s AI-powered financial coach, designed to help you better understand your finances—not to make financial decisions for you.

Our goal is to make financial information easier to understand by helping you organize, interpret, and learn from your financial data.

At launch, Kiko’s AI capabilities are limited to assisting with transaction input and organization, including features such as intelligent transaction parsing from voice or natural language.

These features are designed to help you record financial information more efficiently while maintaining your control over the information stored in your account.

As Monkey Finance evolves, Kiko may introduce additional educational features, including:

What Kiko Is Not

Kiko only processes the information necessary to provide the AI feature you choose to use.

For example, if you use voice or natural language transaction input, Kiko may process the information you provide in order to identify, organize, and record the transaction.

As Monkey Finance introduces additional AI-powered features, Kiko may process other financial information that you choose to share in order to generate personalized insights, summaries, or educational guidance.

We will continue to explain how your information is used as new AI capabilities become available, and we will update this Privacy Policy whenever those changes materially affect how your information is processed.

6. Monkey Score

Monkey Score is Monkey Finance’s financial health indicator.

Its purpose is to help you better understand your financial habits, monitor your progress over time, and identify opportunities to improve your overall financial well-being.

Monkey Score is designed as an educational and personal financial management tool. It is intended to help you better understand your own financial journey—not to judge or classify you.

What Monkey Score Is Not

Monkey Score is not:

  • A credit report.
  • A credit approval or underwriting system.
  • A guarantee of eligibility for any financial product or service.

Financial institutions, lenders, employers, insurers, or other third parties should not interpret Monkey Score as a substitute for their own evaluation processes.

As Monkey Finance evolves, Monkey Score may incorporate additional information and provide more personalized financial insights. When changes materially affect how your personal information is processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

Monkey Finance is designed to help you consolidate your financial information in one place.

Deleting your Monkey Finance account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by third-party providers.

  • Google Play subscriptions must be managed through your Google account.
  • Web subscriptions should be cancelled through Monkey Finance before requesting account deletion.

Monkey Finance is designed for individuals who are legally permitted to create and manage their own accounts under the laws of their jurisdiction.
